A note from Ashley:

I’m often described as “down to earth” and honest. I believe you will also find that I am nurturing, witty, yet tactfully direct. I am also well versed in the complicated world of reproductive technology and have personal experience with IUI and IVF. Together, we’ll lean into what brings you closer to peace and fulfillment. We will also take a hard look at the old habits and trauma that triggers your daily life. I am deeply passionate to explore the ways in which you can find purpose in your life and empowering you to create a more manageable and meaningful path forward.

My Approach:

I believe the therapeutic process is collaborative, rooted in rapport, and always leaves room for humor and humility. My strength lies in creating a therapeutic relationship that feels authentic, accessible, and safe. I work with adults using a strong psychodynamic and psychoeducational basis. I specialize in family systems, parenting, anxiety, infertility, relationship building, substance use disorder, attachment and more.
